Manchester United are ready to sell Anthony Martial this summer to fund their big money move to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Red Devils are willing to sell the 22-year-old French striker this summer as they look to lure the Wales superstar to Old Trafford.
The same report says that Mourinho has “lost patience” with Martial and is now willing to let the striker leave the Old Trafford outfit this summer.
The story says that Manchester United are now prepared to “cash in” on Martial at the end of the season, and that Juventus are leading the race for his signature.
The same article claims that Manchester United will then look to immediately reinvest the money brought in by selling Martial in a move to bring Bale to Old Trafford from Real Madrid.
Manchester United are said to have been interested in signing Bale for the last three summers, but Real Madrid have up until this point been unwilling to sell.
However, the same report now says that the Spanish giants could be tempted to let the former Tottenham man leave the club this summer because they feel he has been missing too many games due to injury.
